The Baccarat boutique, located Place des Etats-Unis, is one of the brand's most beautiful expression.
In a setting of concrete that gives on a patio, Philippe Starck once again accented the contrast between the intentionally crude appearance of the walls and the Baccarat-designed sophisticated furniture. One will discover the full range of the Baccarat collections, from a special area dedicated to the jewels and accessories collections to an adjacent gallery putting the collection of lighting pieces into perspective.
Baccarat's endeavor to preserve its noble heritage while successfully evolving into a contemporary luxury brand is clearly epitomized in the brand's New York flagship boutique. The 4,500 square-foot store at 625 Madison Avenue at 59th street was designed by Paris-based architects Desgrippes Gobé & Associates. Working with illuminated niches, attenuating furnishings and walls with soft curves and light, the store’s design evokes an aura of true modern luxury.
Baccarat opened its Japanese flagship shop in Marunouchi in 1995.
This shop, the very one that sparked off business development in this area, is a famous and successful landmark of the “Naka-Dori” street.
Marunouchi is a major historical centre of business of international repute, a very prestigious location facing the Imperial Palace, as well as a cultural venue, home to the Tokyo International Convention centre, the “Teikoku Gekijo” theatre and the “Idemitsu” Museum.
