Recently, Baccarat has developed a new concept in order to welcome the Baccarat community in a sophisticated environment.

The B Bar Marunouchi opened as an annex to the Marunouchi Baccarat shop which was renovated in 2003. It is the venue where businessmen working in this district, shoppers and anyone who loves having a good time before or after going to the theatre can discover, experience and enjoy the Baccarat lifestyle.

The B Bar has been designed to highlight the beauty of Baccarat crystal and create a relaxing atmosphere. The 12m-bar is made of Asamera wood. The crystal glasses come alive with a special lighting, and reveal their dramatic brightness. The bar paneling, the Baccarat-red sofa, the glassware revealed to the customers’ eyes when the barmen open the shelf …all the materials employed in this B bar wake our senses.

In the B Bar, Baccarat has created the perfect environment for a fantastic experience, intensified by a 24-light Zenith chandelier glittering in the recess of the counter, the wall displaying about 300 Baccarat glasses around the sofa area, the rest rooms showcasing some 10 Museum pieces from France... To launch this “private museum”, we selected perfume bottles commissioned by famous perfume makers and which epitomize the very roots of Baccarat.

B Bar is the place where one can relax enjoying the beauty of Baccarat crystal, the warmest hospitality and the best-quality drinks, cigars, and food.
First of all, the drink is a means of communication between the customer and the barman. Each drink is “Haute-Couture”. Choosing a Baccarat glass for a patron is very important to a B bar barman. But of course, barmen are totally open to clients’ special requests on which glass to use.

B Bar started proposing food at the inauguration of the Marunouchi B bar. Mr. Tamura, the owner-chef of “Ermitage de Tamura” in Karuizawa agreed on the Baccarat concept, and is now concocting refined French cuisine using the best farm products. “Akasaka Morikawa” also proposes seasonal Sushi. B bar is honored to serve food everyone enjoys, and which we can make thanks to this famous chef’s contribution.
