It is a B bar original craft gin based on Japanese rice spirits and Fushimi's famous water, and aged in Mizunara oak barrels with 11 different types of botanicals, mainly produced in Kyoto. It has an oriental and spicy aroma, with sansho, sage, sweet citrus, spicy oak, and also a complex lingering finish of lightly baked wheat.
