How to Cancel the order

・Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact Customer Service.
Please note that if you reply to the order confirmation email, we may not be able to receive your message. We kindly ask you to contact us via the inquiry form
・If you used a debit card, please inform us at the time of cancellation.
・Orders with engraving (personalization) cannot be canceled after they are placed.
・Cancellations after shipment are not accepted. If, for unavoidable reasons, the shipped product is not received and is returned to our warehouse, the product price excluding the shipping fee of ¥700 will be refunded to your credit card.
