When the product will be delivered?

・For standard products, shipments are generally made 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
The shipping date varies depending on the time of your order:

Our business days are Monday through Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays are non-business days.
Details regarding year-end and holiday closures will be announced in advance on our website.
・If you would like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please select "No specific delivery date."
Please note that depending on product availability or peak order periods, shipping may take longer than the standard lead time mentioned above.
In such cases, our customer service team will contact you by phone or email.
For products with custom engraving, additional time is required before shipment compared to standard products.

【Delivery Time After Shipment】
・The delivery time after shipment depends on your location.
On average, your order will arrive 1 to 3 days after shipment.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or transportation issues.
For deliveries to Okinawa or other remote islands, it may take approximately one week.
