Can I exchange my Baccarat products?
Exchanges are possible only under the following conditions.
If you wish to exchange a product (except in the cases listed below where exchanges cannot be accepted), please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the product. Please return the product within 14 days together with all accessories included in the package at the time of delivery.
After we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will proceed with the exchange process. Please note that depending on the condition of the returned product, we may not be able to accommodate your request. In addition, exchanges may not be possible if the requested item is out of stock.
We will not be able to accept exchanges in the following cases:
1.More than 14 days have passed since the product was delivered.
2.The product has already been used (including washing glassware), or there are signs of use after delivery.
3.Some parts of the product or accessories are missing when the item is returned.
4.The red box is not included.
5.The item has already been exchanged once.
In principle, exchanges are limited to one time per order.
Please make sure to check the condition of the product before using or washing it after receiving it. If the product is defective, please contact Customer Service.
Please note that we cannot accept requests if the product has been used (including washing glassware) or if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
If, after the product is returned, our detailed inspection finds evidence of washing or use, we may have to return the product to the sender’s address.
In principle, we accept exchanges for products of equal value (the same price as the originally purchased item). Exchanges for products with a higher price are also possible. In such cases, the price difference must be paid by credit card. Please note that if a price revision occurs while the exchange process is underway, the price difference may change. Shipping Fees for Exchanges
For exchanges requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for product delivery.
When returning the product to us, please contact Customer Service and return the item in the same condition as when it was delivered (see the list below for the contents).
If any returned items are missing, we may not be able to accept the exchange.
Please note that shopping bags and message cards are not included when the replacement product is shipped again.
Please do not return them and keep them for your records. Please return the following items:
1.Unused product
2.Red box and ribbon
3.Instruction manual (only if included with the product)
4.Receipt (only if it was issued upon request)
5.Serial number certificate (only if included with the product)
