■Normal products are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
*Our business days are weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
→Orders placed before 3:30 pm. on weekdays will be shipped on the next business day.
→Orders placed after 3:30 pm. on weekdays will be shipped two business days later.
*Depending on the stock status of some products, we may not be able to ship within the above delivery time. In such cases, our customer service will contact you separately after you place your order.​

■The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 days after the product is shipped.

*Delivery may be delayed due to traffic impacted by bad weather, etc.
*If you live in Okinawa or other remote islands, it may take about 1 week for delivery.​

■Exchange
Please be sure to check the condition of the product before using, cleaning, etc. after receiving it. If the product is defective, please contact customer serviceby phone (phone: 03-4579-6135) or contact form weekdays 10am to 6:00pm except weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not accept orders after the product has been used (*including glass washing) or after 14 days have passed since the product was delivered.
