The Harcourt 1841 collection, created in 1841, is the oldest in the Baccarat catalogue and reputed for its iconic design. The Harcourt Empire old-fashioned tumbler shares the same structural outline as the Harcourt 1841 tumbler, but adorned with exquisite golden embellishment. Golden decorative shapes are applied with a light hand to the flat cut pattern of the glass, and the lip and base of the tumbler have a gilded trim.
