How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service team to request a cancellation.
If your order has been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the order. You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you receive your parcel. The withdrawal form is available here: Withdrawal form.
A prepaid return label can be sent to you by email to enable you to return your order free of charge. This return label will allow you to drop off the return parcel at a collection point or arrange for a home collection with the carrier.
