What is the return procedure?

You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the reception date of your package. The withdrawal form is available here: Withdrawal form.

A prepaid return label will be included with your order to allow you to return your item at no cost. The prepaid return label can be used to schedule a collection at your address by the carrier.
