They adorned their palaces with Baccarat crystal services, furnishings, decorative pieces and glassware. Fascination has been mutual, as Indian culture spurred the creation of pieces such as the Ferrières furniture collection and the majestic Elephant Liquor Cabinet – presented at the 1878 Paris World Fair.
