■Normal products are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
*Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
→Orders placed before 15:00 pm. on weekdays will be shipped on the next business day.
→Orders placed after 15:00 pm. on weekdays will be shipped two business days later.

Please note that we do not accept orders after the product has been used (*including glass washing) or after 14 days have passed since the product was delivered.
