Each item is delivered in a Baccarat red box bowed with white ribbon and accompanied by a gift bag.

■Normal products are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
*Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
→Orders placed before 3:30 pm. on weekdays will be shipped on the next business day.
→Orders placed after 3:30 pm. on weekdays will be shipped two business days later.
*Depending on the stock status of some products, we may not be able to ship within the above delivery time. In such cases, our customer service will contact you separately after you place your order.​

Please be sure to check the condition of the product before using, cleaning, etc. after receiving it. If the product is defective, please contact customer serviceby phone (phone: 03-4579-6135) or contact form weekdays 10am to 6:00pm except weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not accept orders after the product has been used (*including glass washing) or after 14 days have passed since the product was delivered.
