■Normal products are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
*Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
→Orders placed before 3:30 pm. on weekdays will be shipped on the next business day.
→Orders placed after 3:30 pm. on weekdays will be shipped two business days later.

Please be sure to check the condition of the product before using, cleaning, etc. after receiving it. Please note that we do not accept orders after the product has been used (*including glass washing) or after 14 days have passed since the product was delivered.
