Baccarat has announced a gender equality index score of 94 points out of 100, above the score of 75 required to comply with the decree n°2021-265 march 10, 2021.*

This high score demonstrates the importance Baccarat attaches to gender equality and diversity in the workplace. They are key factors for social progress and performance. We intend to pursue this process by continuing to promote diversity at every level of seniority and in every line of business, doing away with stereotypes and keeping a close watch on work/life balance.

The detail of points per indicators for 2023 is the following:

1. Salary gaps: 39/40

2. Gaps in wage increases: 20/20

3. Gaps in promotion rates: 15/15

4. Salary increase upon return from maternity leave: 15/15

5. Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten employees who received the best remunerations: 5/10
